Paint-By-Numbers Guide To Establishing *Legitimate* CORPORATE Credit…

UPDATE BELOW - Teleconference Recording Now Available.  Read On…

Want to gain access to some CASH using corporate credit? Don’t get confused - I’m not referring to getting a corporate charge card for Staples or Home Depot. I’m talking about getting access to cold, hard cash with your CORPORATION being the responsible party rather than you.

I recently met a guy named Charles who knows more about this topic than anyone I’ve ever known. His depth of knowledge and experience is amazing, and I think you’re going to enjoy learning from him. He’s gotten so good at establishing corporate credit that he’s created a complete “Paint-By-Numbers” type of approach to setting yourself up to virtually be guaranteed you can get instant lines of cash credit.

Frankly, I thought he was misleading me at first. He told me some things that are in complete contradiction to what I’ve always heard before, like:

  • You do not have to have 2 years of tax returns (or even 1 year) to get corporate credit
  • You do not have to have a business plan to get corporate credit
  • It is actually easy to get $10,000 to $25,000 of CASH credit (that’s cash in your corporate bank account) within 15 days of establishing a brand new corporation

It’s that last point that made me question Charles’ integrity. That’s when he put me on the phone with reps from Bank of America and Wells Fargo who told me that not only was Charles right, but that he’s someone they know, trust and do business with regularly.

I’m going to invite a few people to a private teleconference with me and Charles next Thursday evening to hear what Charles has to say. But more importantly, I’m going to let you hear from some of the same bank reps I’ve spoken to. You’ll also get to hear from several of Charles’ clients who have followed his advice and have received between $10,000 and $1,000,000+ in corporate credit.

(But please do not be insulted if you don’t receive an invitation to the free Cash Corporate Credit call on next Thursday… it will be available to a relatively small number of people. If you’re particularly in need of being on the call, leave a comment below.)

If you have any questions about establishing CORPORATE credit, enter them below and I’ll do my best to bring them up with Charles. In the mean time, watch your email for an invitation to my special teleconference with Charles next week on Thursday evening.

UPDATE: Check out the free recording of this teleconference that happened on Thursday, June 5.  It’s available here:  Corporate Credit Builder Teleconference.  Enjoy!

  2. I would be interested in this amazing discovery but what kind of interest do you pay for this?

  3. JANET BARCZUK on May 30th, 2008 at 10:39 am

    Bryan,

I am in need of this information. Please include me on the call.

    Janet

Q Does this require personal credit and if so what scores, etc.

Hi Janet - I’ll answer your question but first: I’ve noticed you’ve been on my e-mail list for a very long time, and I’d like to thank you for that! There is a personal credit requirement for this and I’m in the process of getting the details of that. You don’t have to have 780 credit scores, for example. But I’ll give you more details about it next week, as I get some of the info myself. Thanks again! — Bryan Ellis

  4. I would like to haave a $50,000.00 line of credit, and then increase to $500,000.00

You will DEFINITELY want to be on the teleconference we do. Charles will tell us not just how to get credit immediately, but how to do so in a way where you’re setting yourself up to increase those credit lines significantly in as little as 60-90 days. Stay tuned! — Bryan Ellis

  5. Hi Bryan,

This article is a shocker since I have been trying to get credit in this way on some short sale deals that I know would have been completed within 2 weeks and profit made.
Unfortunately due to time delays in getting cash for the deals usually killed the deal.

I agree that what you have been told is unbelievable and would be very interested in listening on the call!

Thank you Bryan for starting a free site for training…I wish I had come across this kind of training from the beginning.

    MA Raza

I was shocked at the info too - but this guy’s credibility is extremely high with me due to all of the 3rd party confirmation I’ve received both from his current clients and from the lenders he deals with. I’ll be sure to get an invitation to you for the call on Thursday, June 5. And thank you for your very kind words about FreeRealEstateTraining.com! — Bryan Ellis

  6. Qualifying for corp.credit is Totally independent of ones’personal credit, right.
What is the timeline/cost for receiving say
    $100,000 vs 1,000,000+in corp credit?

Charles is going to deal with the distinction between personal and corporate credit next week. Some types of corporate credit are 100% independent of personal credit and some types are not. If your business is a going concern with provable history, then your own personal credit is not so much of an issue. But if your business is brand new, your corporation’s credit worthiness will be determined at least in part on your own personal credit. And that’s what is great about what Charles teaches: Using his strategies, the credit your corporation receives will be exclusively in your corporation’s name and not in the name of you personally! — Bryan Ellis

  7. I am buying houses, fixing them up and finding home buyers who have a down payment. I check them out and do short term owner financing for 3-5 yrs. That is usually long enough for them to get their credit score up, etc.
But with the way mortgages are I am having to bring more money to the table in the form of a 5-10 downpayment. Needless to say I am running out of available rehab money.
I need suggestions and a plan that works to get the money you are talking about.
    Pat

Pat, you definitely need to be on the call on June 5 at 9:00 PM ET. Corporate credit lines are available but from what I understand, you need to know how to represent yourself the right way to the lenders, because they are very afraid of real estate right now. This does NOT mean you can’t get money to do real estate. But it does mean you have to make sure that you properly represent yourself to granters of corporate credit. Otherwise, they could reject you before you ever get started. Charles will deal with this issue quite thoroughly on Thursday evening. — Bryan Ellis

  21. Hi Bryan, I am very interested in learning about corporate credit. I just got my entity. Now I’m in the process of getting a business account set up.

  22. Are there lender requirements on the type of Corporation in order to qualify? i.e. C Corp versus S Corp, Close Corp, LLC, etc.

I look forward to being on your call. Thanks!

The biggest requirement is that there has to be some type of properly formed legal entity. If you don’t yet have an entity established, we’ll discuss that on the call. And if you do, you’re already a long distance towards completing this process. — Bryan Ellis

  23. I look forward to being on call.

    Thanks,
    Brian

  24. Hi Bryan, I’m fairly new to your site and think you have some great information. My question would be; 1. does this have any thing to do with buying an aged, seasoned or shelved corp?
    2. Credit privacy #’rs?
    3. Primary trade lines?

    Thanks so much,
    Russell

Hi Russell - thanks for the questions, and welcome to FreeRealEstateTraining.com! This has absolutely NOTHING to do with aged/seasoned/shelf corporations. All of that stuff is at best questionable. I’m not sure what you’re asking re: credit privacy #’rs and primary trade lines. What I can tell you for sure is this: There will be major lenders listening in to the call we do on Thursday night, and they’ll be totally in agreement with what we discuss with you. There’s no trickery or sleight of hand in any way. — Bryan Ellis
