Hi Bryan,
Thank you for all the good info on your site.
I tried to give you a house to sell under this we buy houses section and it kept saying error, that the property is not found in your database or something. Is that supposed to happen? I interpreted it as you want to know what house we have to sell so you could buy it fast, maybe. Is that correct? I also tried to do it without inputting the data about the house and only my own address and phone and it still errored me out. Please advise how to share a property with you that I need to sell fast.
Thanks,
gabrielle
Argh! My clear fallibility shows through again. I’ll check it out right now. In the mean time, I’ll contact you by email so you can give me the details that way. Thanks so much! — Bryan Ellis
I have access to a property - it is NOT under contract, yet - but I can get it at 50% of the tax value on our local county website. It needs FAR too much work for me to mess with. If you know someone interested, or have suggestions what to do, please let me know.
thanx,
Al
Al - I’ll respond to you privately about this. Thanks! — Bryan Ellis
(by the way, fellow prepaid legal associate) what are your perameters for purchasing homes? I have begun the process of wholesaling properties. I’d like to add you to my buyers list.

Are you posting/ advertising properties you want to flip? Can you add pictures of houses to your wordpress web page? I don’t see that here. DO use seperate web sites/url’s for the sellers and wholesale buyers web sites?
Hello Bryan,
I live in California and I’m a fairly new Real Estate Investor.I was looking to put a few properties under contract and I was wondering how I would go about doing that. Also, I have been doing a ton of research but I still can’t find in answer to my question…hopefully you can help me out: Once you have a property on assignment, what happens if you can’t find a buyer? Thank you so much for your time and please supply me with any resources/advice that you may have.
Thanks,
Tara James,22,California
